BRAND MANAGER - MITRA ABADI PERKASA

PT Mitra Adi Perkasa is a leading retail company in South-East Asia,
with over 600 retail outlets in 22 cities across Indonesia and managing
over 78 international brands. To support our aggressive expansion, we
are looking for motivated and committed persons to fill-in the following
positions:

BRAND MANAGER (BM)

To maintain brand & manage merchandising function: stock planning,
allocation, mark down, and merchandising analysis

* Bachelor degree in any discipline

* Min. 5 yrs exp in managing Fashion/Sport/Accessories brands,
preferably international brands

* Strong analytical skill

HR MANAGER (HRM)

To manage and control all HR operational activities, including advice on
personnel policies and procedures

* Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline

* Min. 4 yrs exp in HR operational, including Industrial Relations,
Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management

STORE MANAGER (SM)

To manage commercial and operational aspects in store and achieving the
company target

* Min. Diploma degree in any discipline

* Min. 2 yrs exp in handling store/outlet

* Customer service oriented

SENIOR PROCUREMENT STAFF (PROC)

To handle purchasing activities, preparing purchase order and sourcing
management

* Min. Diploma degree in any discipline

* Min. 3 yrs exp in handling purchasing activities, i.e. making
purchase order, dealing with suppliers

* Preferable having knowledge of SAP and/ FoxPro

OPERATIONAL MANAGER (OM)

To supervise store managers and monitoring all areas related to store
operation

* Min. Diploma degree in any discipline

* Min. 3 yrs exp in handling retail operation

All positions require fluency in written and spoken English, and
computer literacy
