SHE Coordinator - PT. Trakindo Utama

PT. Trakindo Utama, Sangatta, Bengalon, Batam Branch have immediate requirement of:

Safety, Health & Environment Coordinator

Job Roles :.

• Provide company strategies to meet goals and objective of SHE and also emergency procedures.
• Ensure these strategies are meet and adequate to protect both personnel and property.
• Develop and maintain Corporate Occupational Safety Health and Environment Manual.
• Formulate plans to achieve and establish SHE Department goals and policies.
• Review SHE Department Policy, budget and training Program and staffing requests.
• Develop, implement and maintain inspection procedures and program.
• Ensure compliance of safety health environment goals, guidelines and objectives.
• Assisting all supervisors level in the investigation of accidents to determine accident causes and corrective measures.
• Ensure that all SHE Department staffs obtain adequate training.
• Assisting in certification efforts of Safety Management system training such NOSA.
• Assisting in the procurement of necessary safety equipment and materials.
• Safety is primary responsibility and required to ensure that : safe working practices are used at all times by staff, safe working standards are promoted and complied with by all staff, safety inspections are carried out to schedule, accidents, incident and near misses are reported an investigate.
• Ensure all documentation and records are current in accordance with system requirements.
  
  Qualifications :
  
  At least experiences for 2 years in similar position preferably
  
  Good supervisory skill, leadership and interpersonal communication
  
  Good command of English language both orally and in writing will be a great advantage.
  
  Good computer especially for Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point)
