PT Mitra Adi Perkasa is a leading retail company in South-East Asia, with over 600 retail outlets in 22 cities across Indonesia and managing over 78 international brands. To support our aggressive expansion, we are looking for motivated and committed persons to fill-in the following position:
TRAINING ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsible:
- Able to conduct training need analysis (competency-based training and development)
- Develop company's training curricula
- Develop training modules for employees
- Able to conduct in-house training Trainer's for Trainer
- Identify the most suitable training program and how to implement it
- Produce the handbook of General Training & Development and Specific Individual Training & Development.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 degree from any discipline
- Minimum 4 years experience handling Training in a multinational company preferably within a retail company.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
- Possess exceptional communication skills and be proficient in English.
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook
- A team player who is also able to work independently
