With expanding operations cover Europe, North America, Australia and parts of Asia and South America -- either directly or through cross-border activities in about 60 countries. It was formed in 2001 when they joined several of its existing business units. The primary focus is to provide a full range of financial services to customers and dealers of the Group's. They are inviting a young, dynamic, and talented person to fulfill the following position:

 
SALES SUPPORT OFFICER
 

Reporting to : Sales Manager and Country Manager

 

Job Descriptions:

•           The role is mainly to support the Country Manager and Sales Manager in the sales & marketing activities, administration, operation and reporting work.

•           Manage the Collection and Litigation activities with regular updates on overdue and legal cases.

•           Consolidate and prepare business reports on regular basis (which include portfolio, pipeline, +30 overdue, next due, etc)

•           Assist the managers in credit application underwriting which include the collection and analysis of customer information and financial data, prepare credit proposal, and submission of credit application through the respective managers.

•           Prepare and co-ordinate all legal documentation processes which include loan & credit agreements, signing ceremony, loan disbursement documentation, and maintain good filing system. The work requires the dealing with lawyers, dealers and customers.

•           Assist in preparing regular reports and analysis of sales and marketing activities / trends, business intelligence, and managed portfolio performance.

•           Monitor the Payment Plan updates and its liaison with Sweden Office

•           Assist the managers in customer relationship management and any other operational and management reporting work.

 
Requirements:

•           Female below the age of 30.

•           University graduate preferably majoring in Economics/Finance/Marketing.

•           Must have minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in multi-finance/ leasing/ banking industry, dealing in the finance of heavy equipments like heavy duty trucks and construction equipments.

•           Experience and good knowledge of the mining and logging industries would be an advantage.

•           Experience in working for multinational companies would be an additional advantage

•           Fluent command of English in both written and spoken.

•           Good interpersonal and communication skills

•           Good presentation and negotiation skills

•           Strong analytical and credit underwriting skills

•           Self motivated and good initiatives.
