Quality Assurance Manager Leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company
 
Main Responsibilities :
 
The successful applicant will develop and implement the company quality policy and programs to ensure product quality through the implementation of quality management system in order to meet meet the company's requirement, the prevailing government regulations and achieve consumers satisfaction.  Other responsibilities will include:
·         Set-up and develop the company quality system & policy for use in the company's manufacturing site. Lead the QA Division to ensure the quality, efficacy and safety of the products which eventually lead to consumers trust and satisfaction in the products.
·         Develop and supervise the implementation of GMP internal audit. Provide GMP training to all subordinates and team members.
·         Ensure and monitor the consistency of incoming, semi-finished and finished products quality through routine microbiological, analytical and sensory analysis. Approve and or reject raw materials, packaging materials, products in process.
·         Provide accurate Bill of Materials for each product SKU.
·         Ensure up to-date materials specification.
·         Act as Internal Auditor for Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP certification, ISO Management / Quality System.
·         Develop and supervise the implementation of sensory training course for all suppliers.
·         Develop and coordinate the implementation of suppliers' audit.
·         Work closely with all suppliers for consistency quality in materials supplied.
·         Provide technical advice in handling consumer complaints.
·         Develop and conduct quality improvement programs including trials for process & quality for  all products.
·         Act as Management Representative for ISO Quality System Lead, Occupational Health and Safety.
 
Requirements & Qualifications :
 
Indonesian, Male / Female, 30-40, Master Degree (S-2) Pharmacist Profession (at least S-1 Degree in Pharmacy) with 6-10 years working experience as Quality Assurance Department Head, and  currently working with pharmaceuticals manufacturing companies. Possess Work Permit as Pharmacist.
 

  • Proven experience in setting-up and developed the company quality system & policy.
  • Expertise & in-depth knowledge in the implementation of GMP internal audit; monitor the consistency of incoming, semi-finished and finished products quality through routine microbiological, analytical and sensory analysis; providing accurate Bill of Materials for each product SKU; prepare up to-date materials specification; act as Internal Auditor for Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP certification, ISO Management / Quality System; implement sensory training course for all suppliers including the implementation of suppliers' audit; work closely with all suppliers for consistency quality in materials supplied; provide technical advice in handling consumer complaints; develop and conduct quality improvement programs including trials for process for all products; Experience as Management Representative for ISO Quality System Lead, Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Fluency in English both oral and written is essential requirement
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is a clear advantage.
